So does the whole base unit rotate or just the white part? Im kind of torn behind the pedestal and the table top sefte. Just wondering if the table top one would suffice in all circumstances just placed on a table or counter etc. Also pricewise its much cheaper too than the pedestal. My current fan just doesn't cut it for my dogs especially during the warmer muggy nights...l need something for them
The whole white base rotates but underneath the white casing, is the motor and base, which stays still, if that makes sense. I’ve been using it daily on my desk and then taking it up to bed too and just putting it on the side table
Does it make any crackling sounds in the plastic? I've had three Duux Ultimate and after a couple of days they all started making tiny crackling noices in the plastic when they oscillate vertically.
Hello, I bought the Meaco Sefte fan. The instructions say that you can attach the round remote control to the center of the fan with a magnet, just like with the 1056 model. However, this doesn't work. Is my device defective?
That is correct and that’s what we’ve done in the video. Try the other way round? The controls on the remote face in, so you just see the back of the remote with the Meaco logo

Yes you can! There is a mute button on the remote.
Why is my remote not glow in the dark?
The white part could be, but then if you stick it too the fan, you only see the back part which is black. Maybe next time they will :)
