I like how the Yellow version of Sans is more or less the Justice side of him, and Murder is more or less a current self which is the mixture of Determination/LOVE and Patients. The Patients side of Sans just mix with the Determination and willingness to do anything just make him into a pure unstoppable force with little to no regard to his well being. Like, this is a Sans who got a chance to make a change, but at a cause of everything and he just did.
I think that's the actual intended meaning! I heard somewhere (actually I think it was a comment from another character in a multiverse fanfic) that Dust "lost his justice." Whether Dusttale's creator intended that, or just forgot the yellow, I don't know. But I think it's safe to guess the yellow-eyed skeleton in THIS animation represent's Dust's lost justice.

I really like this, it feels like the last stage of Dust, he’s past regret and everything else, he still hates what he does but is accepting it. He won’t change it because if he does the kid will just kill him and everyone else again forever so.
