Intermittent fasting was a game changer for me. I lost a stone in a month. What made it really work was having a bulletproof coffee every morning, which kept me full till around noon. I take my own blender with me when I travel. If you eat between 12.00pm and 8pm and then just eat sensibly the weight will come off fairly easily. Keep up the great work guys!
Thank you very much for the recommendation. Now we still try to do it, eat breakfast at 11:00 and drag our bodies to the gym. I hope that in the future we will be more disciplined. Thank you for sharing your experience. OK, I wish you a wonderful time. Take care of yourself.
be careful of those big stripy mosquitos Dave, they can bite you THROUGH your shirt and can carry dengue fever!...make sure you are both lathered in repellent! the khao soi looked really good Dave, one of my favourites, never been to Chiang Mai, but i enjoyed a trip to Chiang Rai where i discovered it, i love the crispy noodles Rose, how do you manage to still look so beautiful even when you have a hangover!!🙂🙂🙂 enjoy the rest of your tour, i look forward to your next post, take care both🍻🍻🍻
Good evening from Thailand. It's interesting that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rain in Thailand. Thank you for your concern. We both use mosquito repellent skin cream. Khao Soi is very delicious. We both like it. Chiang Mai is a great city to live in. The people here are kind and polite. The city is filled with many beautiful coffee shops, you have to try them at least once. As for Chiang Rai, I have never been there, but I will probably plan to go there next month. If you know a beautiful place, please recommend it.
@@TravelsWithRose i must get up to Chiang Mai some day soon, in Chiang Rai i stayed in a little guest house called Grandma Kaew's, it is tiny but a great place where they will arrange all the tours, Chiang Rai is a very small city with only a few bars and restaurants but well worth a visit, you will have to visit The White Temple (Wat Rung Khun) which i think is the most beautiful Wat in all of Thailand, and if you take a private tour from the hotel the driver will ensure you are there around 12 noon, this is when they close the gates to tourists so you can get beautiful photo's of the Temple with no people in the way If you fly into Chiang Rai the taxi to the centre of town is a set price so you will not get scammed as long as you go to the taxi office in the airport i had Dengue many years ago and it is not pleasant, if i want to sit on the balcony in the evening to read a book i try to light one of the spiral mozzy deterrents!
