Since a lot of players are now doing this level one challenge, I think I'm going to start revealing some of my skip secrets too. But my major road blocks as of right now are finding a way to get to Deeproot Depths, Elphael, Brace Of The Haligtree, and past Godskin Duo without beating any bosses. Hope you have some luck there. Oh yeah, been about 3 years since I subbed to someone :)

If there is still someone having problems with the Zip length, mark the spot he is standing on ruclips.net/video/BX6eGHIJr7I/видео.html on your map. Get on roughly the same position he's standing on when starting the Zip and instead perform a short'ish Mega Zip. Mega Zip is essentially performing a normal zip but inputting another direction in the following 14 frames. The longer the input the longer the zip. So tldr. just do a zip but instead on tapping w once tap it twice if you're doing it manually. If not adjust the script for a second forward input after the initial zip. If my explanation is lacking there should be pretty good videos of the Mega Zip out there. Got it first try with the mega zip manually after trying it for an hour with the normal zip and failing.
Totally unrelated to this video, but I love your guides and wanted to maybe recommend you make a quick video to unlock all map fragments. Of all the guides you've provided, that's the only incentive I've had to go to other youtubers. Thanks for all you do! Edit: I only mention it because I want your channel to grow :)
i have a macro for zipping that works consistently but i use razer macros , if some one wants to copy the macro , first Alt with 0s delay then right click with 0.02s delay then W with 2.205s delay , then let go of W with 0.11 delay then release right click with 0.381s delay and lastly release alt with 0.035 delay , i dont think the release delay is really important but the macro would go on forever without the release commands. also it works for me 9/10 times with this macro , didnt even have to use low settings just looked down.
I did it on Patch 1.08. For the Zip a AHK script helped. I had many tries where I zipped not far enough. But after an hour of trying it worked. For the wrong warp. I moved to the warp position and teleported to round table via the map (without using the Memory of Grace) and ALT + F4 as soon as the loading bar hits 100%. It took me a few tries tho.
for those wondering this still works as of patch 1.10.1, however you have to quit out right as soon as the loading bar finishes instead of waiting to quit out
PSA: You have to do a “Mega Zip” which my boy Titus does in the video. Not a normal zip. Mega Zips require an extra movement button after pressing W. There’s a great RUclips video on it out there. I have been trying this for days doing a normal zip and always fall into the Abyss. The second I tried a Mega Zip it worked first try! Good luck don’t give up!

Hello. For anyone doing the Wrong Warp glitch and not getting it to work, after you do the warp and it's the loading screen, hit alt+f4 as fast as possible (WHILE in the loading screen). When you re-enter the game you will spawn there.

Im playing on release version, and every time I take the lift down before the lift of rold, my game freezes. I need this skip to work. I see its apparently really hard on the xbox...
Previously you needed to hit Alt + F4 right as the loading screen appeared. However at the time of patch 1.09 you press them just as the loading bar is at the end.
Funnily enough, this worked for me (Patch 1.05) because I zipped and fell to the spot that you zipperd to. It still asked for the respawn at Stake of Marika.
I don't think you need to quit out super fast in the Castleward Tunnel because I forgot what I was supposed to do there and went back and rewatched the whole vid with the game tabbed out and when I went back and quit out, it worked.
playing a samurai build with the uchigatana +3 so far, at the time trying to follow this part I am level 53, they must have patched already since because I keep dying like an idiot every time I jump and doing from exact location you do, first I was trying to clear the tomb, LOL, died several times before realizing the tomb is use only as a save point, but still, playing on PS5 I can only change prioritizing quality over frame rate, there is no otehr setting I can find, hence keep dying.

I can't get the zip to work. I can't get my game to run at exactly 60 FPS, which seems to be the problem. Whether I put the resolution to normal or minimal, whether I put the details on max or on min, the FPS are always inbetween 58 and 60 FPS (like 95+% of the time at 59), but they never stay at 60 FPS for longer than a second or 2 (that's how it's shown, it's probably even then fluctuating would be my guess). I tried everything I could think of, but I can't get that to improve. Any tips?
Heads up for anyone wanting to do the mountain top zip in 1.08.1. You now need to mega zip instead of a regular zip, because if not, no matter what, you will not get enought distance. The positioning and camera are still the same throught. mega zip tutorial: ruclips.net/video/JmSBkXWgjM4/видео.html
does this work in 1.08? i've zipped literally dozens of times and each time i zip halfway and fall into the void before reaching that little cliff in the forbidden lands. i experimented with all the directions, still gonna continue trying tho :)

You can also perform a wrong warp (easier imo, but takes more time) if you warp to the same grace normally, but alt+f4 when the loading bar is full. It's a pretty easy window to hit, just note your loading bar any time you load into any area. You'll see it tick up like 3 times from 98-99-100% You wanna hit alt+f4 right as it hits 100% (It's fairly forgiving, as long as you don't do it too early.)

I completely skipped the zip part because im on xbox, you just have to moveswap glitch around the barrier with black knife or hand of melania

Works as per patch 1.09. Only difference is when doing the warp you need to Alt + F4 at the very last moment instead of straight away.

I use the fps monitor you linked, i have consistent 60fps until i try to do the zip glitch every time it does it to me

This warp to the Mountain of Giants bug any quest or make lose anything? I do for Nokron, Lryndell and Farum Azula, but i did not kill any boss.

for some reason my zips wont go anywhere even started using a script for it am on the lowest res/settings and cant get it to work
to my knowledge zips were patched... sad, it seems there's no 1.07 applicable guide yet
