In a multiplayer game server, the speaker and his team create three unique chest plates and make a pact to quit their team if they lose them. The speaker loses his chest plate and works to recover it within a set deadline, while also trying to figure out who now has it. The speaker and his team manage to regain the chest plate once, but it is then taken by a player named Brandon. The speaker completes challenges given by Brandon to get his chest plate back, but ends up losing in the final duel, unable to retrieve his chest plate. He then decides to break the game rules with a teammate and leaves himself with five hearts, signifying a decrease in his virtual health.
