Both colours are great...But remember about the size you want. I have iphone 13 pro max silver 256 gb and my bestie has iphone 13 mini midnight Black, and it's small. I liked the pro max one cause it has perfect size to play games and etc... Check out I which you are comfortable

They’re basically the same phone in all honesty just the 13 has minor upgrades such as the Camera and The Brightness Basically if you don’t care get the 12 because it’s still a great phone but the 13 is also pretty
