The $40 pack should get you the whole mythic skin instead of just the base. Also $65 for a weapon skin is crazy. Just insane, it really doesn’t seem like Microsoft is saving the micro transactions. Still the hammer is sick

@@israelsmith6122 Not really. You have to grind the battle pass to get the prisms. Even then, people who have the battle pass and have already spent their prisms aren't getting it unless they're willing to drop money.
it shows how braindead the ow hate is. there isnt a better microtransaction system in gaming maybe barring Halo Infinites BP’s. Basically $10 for a fully kitten weapon skin in ow2, but no one bats an eye at $70 knives on valorant. its just braindead repeated slop from their impression farming streamers
So here’s the thing. I never bought the battle pass. But I got the skin bundle because it came with 20 tier skips. Having just played the game sporadically mostly doing the Transformer event for the emblems and dipping out I was at tier 22. So with the 20 tier skips and the extra 20 skips you get by buying the premium battle pass, and additional random skips from endorsements, I wound out being past tier 70. So not only was I able to to get the Ashe mythic skin with 50 prisms but I was able to get the Reinhardt mythic skin. So I put 30 prisms towards the mythic weapon. So for only 40 bucks I wound up getting both mythic items. It was a good deal for me because I didn’t buy the battle pass early. I waited half way through it’s cycle to buy the pass premium pass through the mythic weapon bundle.
Genuinely appreciate you for all of these item shop sacrifices because I would NOT agree to buy that shit for 30$ Really hope that the HLI from the main page is out in the store again though
