Love the emotion in this vid. I own a ME1 which I bought in 2004. Changed the pups to 53/10s and going to switch them to 58/15 lt’s. Found the 58/15’s on reverb. Also own 5 other prs with 57/08, 59,09, Quattro me with 53/10’s and a 513brazilian, a 594 wood library too. The ME1 is a king of guitars, such a special guitar. I remember the advertising when it was first released and the emphasis on it being a model that would encourage sales of private stock guitars. Back then private stock guitars were very limited and crazy expensive. The list price for a ME1 was £6500 but most were purchased between 5 and 4. Mine was a 4. Arbiter sold me mine and made a big thing about this guitar being the guitar to launch private stock to the luxury mass. The RP pups were very nice too, in fact all these pups plus the Dragon 2’s are all fab. Have owned Anderson guitars and similar but PRS guitars have a vibe similar to the best Fender and Gibson custom shop guitars. Somehow PRS managed that in a world where Suhr, Anderson etc, all amazing stunning guitars exist. Just my opinion and some facts. Hope you have a great time with your guitar and love the dog😀✌🏿
