So this is the product manager who helped design these poles? Could you please make it harder to deal with!! Mine has a little button rather than the green thing and pulling this out is hard enough but to disassemble you do that plus push in that button at the same time and without pinching your finger. OMG, what a mess!!
Hi! sorry to hear you have some issues with our product. Are we getting your right and you have a model with a push button? Just like in this video here: ruclips.net/video/YO7_zcGMVbg/видео.html If so, we have a little tip for you to disassemble the pole easily. Before you press the push button, pull the two upper segments slightly apart, then the button is much easier to push in and your fingers are not in danger. Hope that helps!
Hi there, we are happy to help here. This sounds like a shortened cable inside the pole. Rotating movements can influence your mechanical system of the folding pole, this can happen while using the pole, assembling and dismantling it. When this happens, the cable shortens and the extension is no longer complete. The good news: your pole should be fine after this little trick: Please hold the pole with one hand on the handle and turn the lower part with the other hand until the pole lengthens. You can tell in which direction by whether the segment "disappears" further into the one above it or whether it emerges bit by bit. You can use the LEKI lettering or design as a guide. Then assembly and disassembly should be possible again. If this is not the cause, you can contact your sports retailer directly where you bought the poles. They will check your pole and help finding a solution for you. Hope you find a quick solution! Your LEKI Team

I am unable to unfold one of my poles anymore. When I pull it up to the green zone, nothing happens. No click. What can I do?
