Appetizer = pork belly is difficult to get it's good consistency
Dumplings wrapper is good and making a flour wrapper is difficult...it can not be moist, starch taste, hard...
It must be Smooth cooked wrapper Texture
Main Dish = egg pasta noodLes hand made are also difficult to do...
can not be unpleasant taste of eggs,none starch taste
Lobsters taste must not be chewy and minimize after taste of seafoods
Desert
Ice cream, red beans sweet nutty taste is a sweet appetizers...Tea ice cream is refreshing to the mouth it is difficult to minimize the Herbs taste of Tea Leaves...
Mango puree can beat the after taste
