I’ve seen this layout once before: Union Station in Washington, DC at the Metro entrance. The backstory was that WMATA didn’t want elevators to ruin the iconic look of the Metro stations, but the Courts saw otherwise. Thus, elevators had to be shoehorned in
03:31 That might be caused by the elevator changing direction. It looks like this elevator has a controller that cancels all car calls when the elevator changes direction.
It is strange that there are 2 door open buttons (front & side door?) but 1 door close button.

I’ve noticed that it’s Dover that does these side door installations a lot. They’re in general rare, but I usually see it in Dover impulses.

I bet that's the Kenan garage elevator, glass, main door directly opposite the window, side door 90 degrees to the right of the main door, control panel to the left of the side door. My dad, brothers and I parked there many times when we've gone to UNC football and basketball games. It used to be a family tradition. P.S, looks like they renamed the garage, but how many elevators like that would you expect there to be in one town?
So, this garage is apparently going to get the wrecking ball soon. There are plans to build a new six story office building on this site. Luckily, the garage across from it (which doesn’t have an elevator) is currently being demolished for a brand new 1,100 space garage on that site.
That is a shame.
Two Speed Doors are seen on Hospital Service Elevators most of the time very rare on Parking Deck Elevators you have the center open doors on Parking Deck Elevators most of the time

There was a similar setup with the elevator in the one side of the Hadley Union Building at IUP. I with the directional chime being a mechanical bell and the directional chime being electronic I wanna say it’s some sort of Montgomery but I had separate lights for each floor so I wouldn’t know what series that would be.

I used to have an elevator at my local mall (Fort Henry Mall, Kingsport, TN) and they recently added one back, but I'm not sure what brand. Pretty sure the one in the Belk, though, is an Otis.

The campus I go to does have Dover impulse elevators. Though for some reason, it won’t nudge lol. I’ve tried several times. I wonder why some elevators don’t nudge?
