The last 4 years they have been really focused on beautifying and developing the downtown area specifically. They do have some amazing architecture there. I especially love the brickwork.

We just moved to Kokomo after my retirement in Titusville, PA. We both grew up in Logansport, IN and wanted to come "back home again" to Indiana to be near family. I moved to Kokomo randomly at the time of this filming. We visited once as a midway point for a friend further north and we fell in love. We bought a foreclosed house and fixed it up. There's good and bad, but overall, we love it. I worked for the city on the flowers downtown.
That was a fun walk around, should have had the detector!! That gazebo by the police station has silver in the dirt! :) Hoping you kids get some great news soon!! :)
Very nice although a little to many overly square buildings for my liking. The elevator, I used to call it the magic room when the kids were young, you get in and it takes you to a different place. Mavericks the man for sure, takes everything in his stride, I think he was somewhat confused about traveling sideways though, Belle is certainly a belle and fun too. It's a bit close to Christmas for a house sale , you will get it done soon, don't worry, at least you are doing something and not just sitting around. I heard maverick telling you someone took his socks, happy boy. You do make some good videos and Ashley is still a babe. Stay safe

Did you mention what the population is? I grew up in a small town in Illinois with lots of brick streets and buildings. I loved it. I believe Belle might be an artist when she grows up. She is already quite talented and curious. ✍️
I kind of miss Kokomo I used to go there every summer was too hot here in my town so I would drive to Kokomo it was a nice drive 1850 miles because that's where my mother lived on a farm beautiful green grass lots of big trees and 85 degrees

The mayor signed a contract with the major of Chicago to allow many of their citizens to move here because you can only be on welfare for 3 years there now before the benefits are stopped and then you have to be off for atleast 8 months I believe. It’s becoming a little Chicago now and I can’t wait to move away from here.

We had a budget to find a house (under 17k) and we were looking all across the USA for months for a property. Kokomo just happened to have a decent house at the right price that we could buy :)

Kokomo's population is about 57,000. I hope she continues to do art, she is so great at it and enjoys it :)
