I do have a LOT of goodies in my stash. I've been slowly building it for years. It makes me happy to know you are being inspired by my work! Thank you!
What a wonderful start to my Sunday! This is a fabulous Mother's Day treat---not only is your book gorgeous, your tips and tutorial are so informative! You answered that question I had about the cutting pads right off the bat. Second best to crafting right alongside you. Thank you for all your hard work in preparing this video! Hugs!
Awww, Happy Mother's Day Sara! I'm so glad I was able to share the information you needed in this tutorial. Thank you so much for your very kind words! Happy crafting!
Kathy, I had this video bookmarked so that I could enjoy every minute! Your tutorial is fantastic, so many wonderful hints and tips and the end result is just gorgeous. I am totally in love with Stamperia papers at the moment too. It is great to see you using the crease pad, I always use it for Eileen's dies and get so much better results with it. Thanks so much for sharing your amazing talent with us ! xxx
Thank you, dear Anne! I'm so glad you enjoyed this video. I had such fun coming up with the design for the inside pages. The crease pad is a must with this die, I think. I wish you lived closer...oh, the fun we could have! xo
Wow, thank you so much, Vickie! I really appreciate your kind words. It does take me a lot of time to put each video together, and it's great to know I"m not boring you to death! :P Happy crafting!
Your creations are always so beautiful and interesting, your videos could never be too long. Thanks for showing us the decorating part as well as construction.
Hi, Danine! It is mat board. It's the stuff they use inside photo frames to mat the image. It's very dense and strong. But you can also use heavy chipboard in its place. Thanks for watching!
Thanks, Gail! This just popped up in my comment feed for the first time today. I'm so sorry I missed your lovely comment earlier. I so appreciate your kind words! Thanks for watching!
I just love this little album! You are so busy with all these wonderful creations!! Gonna keep me out of trouble ;)! And the music is lovely! You'll have to thank your husband (son?) for his wonderful talent!
Hi, Cheryl! I'm so glad you are enjoying these videos. That is my darling husband's music, and I love hearing it, too! Thank you so much! Happy crafting!
These are so wonderful. Thank you for sharing the beautiful creations and doing tutorial. I need a lot of help trying to create. ☺️ . Not too long for me either..
Another cutie! Love your long tutorials. :) Sometimes I turn the speed up to watch the first time and then regular speed when I craft along with you. The tips you give while tutoring are some of the best parts. I have a little notebook I keep just for "kwclement" tips!
Thanks so much for the feedback on the video length. I always get nervous when I go longer than 15 or 20 minutes. But there's always so much information to share, I don't know how to do it any other way. I'm thrilled that you are finding so many helpful tips here That just makes my day!
Thank you Isabella! It's an older Prima Tool by Ingvid Bloem. I've had it for years and years. I think they called it a distressing tool, but honestly, I've had it so long I don't remember.
I came across this RUclips video here in Germany and I'm thrilled. I also have a question about this: What is this glue in the thin bottle with the thin metal tip? I've never seen anything like it. I would like to get that.
Hello, Helke! How lovely to have you visit! I'm so glad you found me! I use Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive. You have to buy the little metal tip separately, but it is reusable on all the bottles. It is pretty much the only adhesive I use. This is an old bottle that I wrapped with pretty paper an sealed with clear packing tape. I hot glue the flower onto the top of the pin to make it easy to find on my work table. You have to keep the pin in the metal tip, or the nozzle will clog.
I honestly don't know the answer to that excellent question. I think if you go to the Sizzix website, they have a compatibility chart. You should be able to find the answer there. Thanks, Angela!
Hahahaha...yes! Just use the fabric with the scor-tape on the spine. And you can just adhere the spine of the pages together instead of stitching. I just love the look of stitching on paper....but it is not required! Have fun!
I love this so much! Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for such clear instructions for constructing the book! Wonderful!
You are so welcome! I hope you have fun with it! Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment!
I could watch you all day long!

Are you using the same weight paper for the cover and the pages? Could you use mat board for cover and scrapbook weight paper for pages?
Hi, Gail! Great question! The covers are matboard, the pages are scrapbook weight paper. That's usually how I put these notebooks together.
First of all, really love your video!!!!
What is that tool you use to edge your papers?
Thank you Isabella! It's an older Prima Tool by Ingvid Bloem. I've had it for years and years. I think they called it a distressing tool, but honestly, I've had it so long I don't remember.

Will this die fit in a cuttlebug?
I honestly don't know the answer to that excellent question. I think if you go to the Sizzix website, they have a compatibility chart. You should be able to find the answer there. Thanks, Angela!
So......sewing is a 6 letter word to me lol. Any alternatives to that?
Hahahaha...yes! Just use the fabric with the scor-tape on the spine. And you can just adhere the spine of the pages together instead of stitching. I just love the look of stitching on paper....but it is not required! Have fun!
