I've been there in February & I got quite surprised Orca close up was cheaper than Dolphin close up... but I already booked dolphin in advance so I had to stick to them
They open their mouth as body language to show excitement and affection for their trainer. The relationship is not food based in the least. They tried that back in the 60s and 70s and it simply didn't work. Killer whales are far too smart and proud to work for food. They ONLY do what they're asked because they have a close relationship with the trainer.
@@Aethuvieloh there so much you don’t know they are great animals but thier held captive I don’t care what part of the world they are the trainers lie so much to the public for years they only feed them while training in a small pool they need to travel 100s of miles a day😢 if you don’t feed them after a trick you are a target 4 trainers have died in SeaWorld care and you think that’s great huh they are separate from their parents and pods the be in a circus these precious animals don’t deserve this they sometimes get frustrated and the trainers can’t handle them how would you feel is you where taking away from your mom at 2 years old and shipped off to a park to do tricks? Have you seen blackfish? Your very uneducated
Swimming in the pool wonderful these orcas should be in their natural habitat the ocean they travel alot of distance each day in the ocean with their pods sad sad and more sad this is not positive its negative for these poor orcas living in pools
They are not "meant" to be anywhere any more than you are meant to be in the forest, living only off what you can collect around you. You don't want that life, and neither do they. No whale or dolphin that's built a positive relationship with humans has ever wanted to leave.
@Aethuviel what not true do research on this topic living in pools in captivity is torture for orcas and dolpins they live in pods and travel miles each day and the water in pools affects their skin badly and they do alot of repetitive behaviors because they don't belong in pools performing unnatural acts for peoples entertainment and there are many people that live off grid

Def do it!
Watch the film Blackfish first.
Surprised they let u record instead of trying to charge $100 for taking pictures of u
I see she has pulp drilled teeth common in captive orca, yet rare in ocean going orca.
That’s to prevent infections since their teeth commonly wear out faster than normal.

Not sad. They're extremely lucky. There are billions of animals that need help, and these are not even remotely among them...
