I have to agree, A Closer Look is at the very top of my list “ Can’t Miss” list. Kudos to the entire staff for making it great!
It's right up there with Meanwhile. I love them both. Between Meyers Kimmel and Colbert it really is a great time for late night TV. (Fallon is hit or miss for me, he has too much energy for my taste)

I love how late night has evolved from what was once a highly toxic and nasty culture to something where all involved are so supportive of one another and not bitter, or intimidated by one another.

Not to detract from your (very good) point, but I understand James Corden can be quite toxic to work for.
While that's not _quite_ the same, it's worth considering, because I can't envision any of the other hosts failing the test "say just one of your camera operators' names."
It is still highly toxic but only if you are a certain Orange man, sometimes funny, but most times sad and boring.

This is surreal to me. Growing up during the Late Night Wars with Letterman and Leno... you'd never expect to see anything like this. It's great to see late night hosts friends with each other. I know Kimmel and Fallon have done stuff before but it's still surreal.

I actually like how Jimmy's change shows, and Seth goes back and forth. You never saw Dave and Jay support each other like that ever
It was a different time, and the tone between networks is different now, it seems.
But I can't picture Dave and Jay as friendly with one another, at all. [Were they?]
Were they even faux-cordial if they were at some public event at the same time?
I can imagine them avoiding interaction. Maybe that's just because I like Dave, and Jay- not so much.
