The houses are built for Jamaicans. It's the greedy who are asking these ridiculous prices. The original price was US$ 260,000.00. or at that time J$32 million.

I think the community space with bueatiful seances and the greenery and cleanness of Richmond is what I really love but the designs of the houses are really simple when you think about it.
I seen better built houses even for less price and wroth more value compare to these simple houses with no design at all. I think they could improve on their houses a little when building for next time cause at the moment
I don't think these houses are worth that kind of price but the outdoor is definitely bueatiful and spacious that's what I love not so much the houses

Wow!! $200K profit. They were $200-250k USD when they first build. Hard pass. I loved it there for a year. It’s not like it used to be. Too many day renters. You can’t determine you live there and who is scanning to teef.
