  • The whole competition was awesome! We have great footage of the Ranch Roping and had technical difficulties on the El Guapo and didn't get as much footage but it was epic! First round went to Richard Boatwright, 2nd round there was a rope off between Richard and myself, 3rd round went to Rodney Kendall. Short go left you sitting on the edge of your seat wanting more! Can't wait until the next event!!! Big thanks to Kyle & Erin Goodin for the amazing footage! Special thanks to my amazing wife Joni Darnell who put this video together!!!

    I've always dreamed of this lifestyle. While I'm 50, I still dream of it. Someday, in spite of my injuries, I still see myself living this dream. I own a small operation but no horses. I work from can till can't everyday. And that includes my office job. Someday, I'm going to find an opportunity to stack the papers and log off the computer so I can stack hay and turn on life. May God bless you all!

      I would be happy to talk with you over the phone about it, but as of right now we hold it once a year in Georgia. We are open to and have plans to try to do it a few times a year in different locations but for now it is only held in March. There is an instructional video also posted that gives a little more instruction on how the one man doctoring works. If you want to talk more you can post your number or email it to me at 310ranchlife@gmail.com and I will give you a call.

      3:10 Ranch Life I think I know some guys that were planning on going this year and didn't make it. Have you talked to someone named Tim about a clinic in VA?

      Conservative Farmer no did not talk to Tim but would definitely be open to doing a clinic if there was interest.

      Idk i do both ranching and rodeos and consistently catching horns is a lot harder than everyday ranch roping

    These techniques originated in central Mexico centuries ago and it is well documented in ancient books and writings

    • @vaquero7x
      @vaquero7x 5 лет назад

      Men all over the world have had animals for work and/or food; however, the specific techniques that I am talking about ( roping from the saddle and using the saddle horn), bull riding, and tailing bulls originated in central New Spain (México) and there is ample evidence ( dates and facts) about this. Also, this argument of yours does not help you because you are ratifying that the "american" cowboy is not an authentic figure of american culture which is true by the way.
