It’s true, the Palagi’s enjoy their visit to Rarotonga and there’s many that has returned repeatedly & I’m not Palagi, I don’t know if you can tell 😂😂😂 but I’ve been about 4 times now & love it too…
I think the big jump of car rentals is, the rise of petrol and everything else around us. There are cheaper rentals, we went for the more convenient when we got to the airport
