No actually you're still wrong, It is pixel the only reason the sound changes is because RUclips encodes the higher video resolutions at a higher audio bitrate too, or more specifically, they reduce the quality of the audio on the smaller video resolutions to help further reduce the file sizes that need to be streamed.
@MrTorerium If this video was uploaded in 360p it wouldn't make a difference, but since it was uploaded in 720p the quality is reduced if you switch it down to 360p. Get what I mean?
