Yes, autos and toto are available and they'll drop you right in front of the entry gate. But to go any other place after visiting this beach, you need to walk a bit(5 min) till main road to catch auto.

Morning you can go to Jagannath temple and on the same day you can explore beaches of Puri.. In evening, you can visit Golden beach where beach market is there.
