I thought specific stars were always positive and some were always bad....another learning curve. How do you know when a star is positive or negative energy then? Also, we will be building a home and probably won't move into it until period 9. Now I'm nervous. Are you able to share what your specific concerns are and how to resolve those?
Hi Chelsy! There's many factors to consider when you're building a home.... external landform, physical internal structures and how to make it 'play nice' with the energetics of the house. My best advice for you, if you're open to it, is to consider my flying star certification course. Thank U. All along I thought one shld hav d money to renovate a period9 house but as U said U don't lyk what Ur seeing in P9 charts. One can still have a timely charts for P7&P8 🏡
yes exactly! Don't need to bother with renovating just to make your house into P9 home! It all depends on what's the permanent energy there, and where are the timely stars in your home once we transition into P9
So, if I’m going to buy a new house in 2024, I should pay attention to the areas where #1, 2 and 9 will be… right?
It's not a matter of WHEN you bought your house. It's a matter of what time period we are in RIGHT NOW.

Whether it's an auspicious house or not also depends on the house facing as well as layout of the house. Just knowing the period of the house is only part of the energy-calculating equation, I'm afraid...

Hi i need advice please. My house is a T junction road and the road leads to dead end its a residential short road. Is it okay ? Or bad ? Thanks in advance .
the dead end road could be more of a concern than the T-junction road ( the latter can sometimes even be lucky depending on the permanent energy that the T part of the street is activating... ). But one would need to look at your specific house to have a better idea if it's good or not...
Thank you for a great video! I have a question regarding on timeliness. My house that I started renting since 2021 was built in Period 7. Period 7's timely numbers (7, 8 and 9) will fade in Period 9 (expect for the 9..) but would you still take in consideration of the built year's timeliness when analyzing the prosper energy? Would you prioritize the actual period's stars than the built year's stars? Thank you for your support.
The building's feng shui period has no bearing on the timeliness or untimeliness of a star.... EVERYONE'S timely and untimely star will be the same as we are all, time-wise, in Period 8. And everyone's timely and untimely star will change once we get into Period 9.
