Sounds amazing, and look amazing. Sounds very versatile. The clean tone sounds so good and soft, and the drive/overdrive sounds so punchy! Got a Telecaster, but sometimes I struggle a little bit because I've got short hands. So I've just ordered this Mustang with P90 because I was blown away by the sound demos and because of the shorter neck, which will improve my game I think. Ordered mine in Burgundy as I love the color. Can't wait to try it!
Interesting playing on an interesting sporty guitar. Very well done presentation with tasteful playing of groovy guitar parts. I can dig this kind of high quality presentation.
Excellent review, with everything covered including tones at different volumes that are key in P90s testing. Wonderful tones from each position. Strings 10-46 was a surprise as Fender uses 9-42 even in the Jaguar that is also 24in, by the way, comparing with the latter, this Mustang should be lighter and easier to play. This video has such a clean production, even elegant without the weirdness that so many other RUclipsrs show, keep the great work guys!
Thank you for the clean neck demo. I'm looking for a short scale guitar that can do a convincing jazz tone by providing enough midrange, something the typical Fender single-coil doesn't do well.
I own an AVRI 59 stratocaster, with single coils (seems obvious), and man with the right amp settings, and touch.. Maybe a little compressor or Tube Srcreamer type pedal to beef up the tone.. But it's just stellar for jazz 😮 I have owned many superb hollowbody and jazz guitars (Ibanez Gb10, Gibson ES 125, ES-135, ES339, and Guilds..) They are the iconic guitars for jazz. But am so impressed by the AVRI 59 for jazz, octaves runs complex voicings and chords.. They just sound superb
This demo is brilliant and I would quite like that guitar. It's worth noting that the playing is really good and the equipment used makes up a lot of the sound
Always loved the mustang. I had an original back few years ago. That one sounds great. I like the player series, i got a strat right now. Thinking of the mustang though just to have something do different. Thanks for demo. Subscribed
I have one and yes, the hum is much less noticeable on middle and neck position than in the bridge. Its p90 so fairly noisy , just comes with the territory. Noise gate is a must.
Amazing tones .

Do you think this guitar can handle 8-38? Or at least 8.5-40?
@@Srrrgp Probably yes, you may need to adjust the setup

I just think other fenders look better, but still cool!
