I don't think you can leave a clan while clan battle is on. you will have to wait until its over. Ill see if i can find away of explaining the buttons to press for when its over.
You need to click on members info メンバ - which is the button to the right just above the big clan battle button on the main guild page then the leave button is the button at the very top right.

That Eriko timeline requires the section 6 dark HP node, and the Nefi timeline requires section 7.
