I would prefer 100x this interior setup vs the stupid hyperscreens of the eqs and co. Great car for long trips, perfect GT car.
Exactly the opposite, eqs nice integrated screens and surrounded with nice materials as it should be, this is ugly and just thrown in without any effort, absolutely noth s class worthy but i heard the facelift will get the nice integrated screens like the eqs hopefully but the W222 facelift still was the best
@@albert_zweistein7196 in such a car it's not about the screens, if I want screens I buy an OLED TV or a tablet, this still maintains some elegance.
EQS interior looks like they tried too much, it looks like a kids toy

I honestly prefer the old S class interior, it is just perfect, they put the perfect combination of luxury and tech, while the new s class is more of a Tech car than a luxury one, i mean the stupidly big screen in central console is just too much and i dont like it at all, and lets not talk about the lack of physical buttons in it.

It's the best S-Class in general, also better than all EQS models.

understated elegance. fantastic car. Few things I have issues with Merecdes is location of gear shift location. Even Vans like Honda Odyssey and Toyota Siena vans have moved the lever out of the steering column. Another is the angular font of the digital speedo. Otherwise, the new models interior and exterior look nice

I came across very few diesel cars during my trip to the Netherlands. Why don't you use diesel? It's like a small American state, there are also dodge cadillacs.
We pay an extremely high road tax compared to petrol cars, because they don’t want us to drive diesel cars anymore. Its way cheaper to drive a petrol car

German Cars are the Best!
They keep increasing the power on petrol and diesel for the S Class, lol. How are they getting away with this? The S350d had 286, now 313 hp, S400d had 330, now upgraded to S450 with 367. Absurd numbers for diesel. Petrol inline 6 also had some bumps in power. I think they also made some small changes to other areas of the car, not enough for a facelift, but still. I think they are afraid of the competiton from BMW. I wonder what changes the facelift will bring. Headlights are already spaceship level of quality and light, confort, sound, power, consumption, all of these are top already.
Bmw had 400hp Diesel back in 2016. so 2024 367 is Okey. Answays love Mercedes
@@Rodriguez97 with 4 turbos and the engine was pretty unreliable. This has only 2 turbos and more reliable.
@@johnnymichaelnoobmaster69 but a good m550d u got for 45k. The s450 cost more than 120k. So this is a Bit less Money, but i know what u mean. Sry i m from Germany. My english is Not that well

@@asmyigithaliloglu2456 2024 740d produces 340hp and 700Nm on paper.. Surely not as much as the Quad-Turbocharged but still adequate to propell even a X7 to 62mph in 5.9secs

Its still a s600 but its under other name now in a maybach facelift is a s680
Without the hyper screen you can t get in a class, it looks basic. You can get hyper screen in a E class

Beautiful car, but it would be BETTER as an EV with 500 miles of range or more. The EQS is a great EV but lacks the road presence of the S-class.
