    I'm not a salmon fly tyer or fisher but I love watching the flies being tied, real works of art. Great video and a lovely fly.

    Great Tye as always Barry. Can you tye this on an individual hook? What is the name of the shellac you use on most of your flys ? Thanks Barry

      Thanks Greg, yes you can tie it on single hooks also.

    Beautiful tie of a gorgeous pattern Barry. Are the Flamethrower patterns derived from this? The Scandi style salmon flies, longish wing tied angled up look similar too. They're all beautiful patterns. Thanks Barry.

      Hi Joe, yes this style of fly but tied with cock hackles lead the way to the flame thrower...

      Thanks Paul. If I haven't tied the pattern for a while, I may do a couple but if its a pattern that I am tying on a regular basis, just the one in the video.
