I wish someone would have taught me that when I was young. I used buy a vehicle, drive it for a year or so and then go out and buy (finance) something nicer and more expensive. I was eventually spending $600 a month for just a car payment. I could have kept the first or second car I had which was already a nice car, paid it off and used the money saved to put into some sort of real estate or an income property.
Vik was trying so hard not to laugh when Sarkis said "I studied"

I'm not typing this out in a negative way but just adding to the last bit of the podcast. I'm sure Sarkis spends very close to $2k or just a bit more a month for his car, the payment $1k+, insurance $300+, gas $300+. If he just put it past him to have to drive a BMW, and bought some cheap car like a toyota camry,corola,kia (all newer models), he would easily save 20k a year. 20k x 5 years = Sarkis downpayment for a home ( if it was normal prices and times )
trust me he knows what you just said because thats what moses did and does, he just cant resist it, but one day the guy will change and everything will be great!
Don't forget cigarette expense. He smokes 2 packs a day

I have literally watched every episode to this podcast and look forward to a new episode every week. I have been following you guys on the main channel for 3+ years so I think the "no format/script" is a very fun and entertaining video to watch because it feels like kicking it with your friends. This was probably my second favourite episode after the one with Moe. Also I would love to see Vik talk more in the future episodes about mistakes to avoid and tips for the younger crew because the audience would find it very insightful and can learn from it, I am in my early 20s so it feels like older brother advice since I respect you guys for being young successful business men which is something to admire. Keep crushing it RDB PODCAST!

You can't order any G models from January 22 on. They're all sold out for 1,5 years. They are produced in Graz Austria @ Steyr Daimler Puch.
The new G model is to be launched in 2024.

The m5 comp is 1 second faster than the e63s around a 8 minute track, and the e63s platform is a decade old. With the exception of the m5 cs & the m2, modern bmw steering is video game like garbage. The m5 cs is great, but merc will top it when they update the e class.

Circus another thing commercial real estate is where it's at you don't have to have a realtor license you buy a condo and you're renting out and you double your money and you live for free a lot of my friends do that I have a few condos Marina del Rey they are arrange around 5:50 to $700,000 3-point interest rate for 100 grand down on it and your mortgage is $2,500 and you run it out for 45 it's that simple commercial real estate is where the money is you could go and buy condos for $250 $300,000 put 60 Grand 80 grand down rent it out double your money or you can make enough money to have your apartment and live for free you just got to have the sacrifice you only live once you work hard enjoy your money but at the same time you should be saving if it's $5 a week $25 a week I keep I do something that's kind of fun I have two giant coffee cans in the back of my cars every car has coffee cans in it one is for change and one is for singles every time I go in the store I take all my change and I throw it in a can every time I cash a 10 or 20 cuz I use cash cuz people want to change and make everything digital I use cash for everything and you take them singles and you keep throwing them in a can you know how much money you're going to have at the end of the year you should be able to put at least $500 a month away if you could afford that car if you ain't putting at least $500 or $1,000 a month a month away you're not married you have no kids don't be perpetrating the fraud live your life and enjoy it but don't be a perpetrator you got all these RUclipsrs they live in Santa Monica and they rent these apartments for $2,003,000 a month and they're driving around in Lamborghinis that they don't own it is lease them that's perpetrating a fraud now commercial real estate is where it is you need to do it now so when you reach like 50 55 you don't have to work no more at the end of the day women don't care what you're driving as long as your car is clean and it's nice and you got your own place and the job that's all they care about if you're going to be with women that care about what you have that's not the type of woman you want to be with that's a gold digger
