The game is still super broken man, elite spawns are still wrong, all the new characters are super buggy, and the new items need balancing asap most of them straight up suck, bosses are bugged still, and the most frustrating glitch of all is just the console experience as a whole good lord 2 months ago the game was working now me and my buddies have just accepted to wait until next year to try it again because we have so much more wrong than you pc players
@bigfreakinfrog yeah the devs admitted they are spawning at like triple the rate especially gilded the new gold ones are way too frequent, it's like stage 3 where the scale just goes crazy and I'm all for difficulty but Jesus
Elites the devs know about and are working on it according to the patchnotes, super buggy characters? most of that has been patched do you even know how long does it take to change a design / rebalance an item in a meaningful way? it isn't exactly easy Bugged bosses? which ones the codebase appears to be merged, what is 'wrong' with console more than pc, besides the performance, and the fact of a shooter on console >.>
@ukaszanioowski9722 seekers sojourn ability sometimes throws me across the map, I've lost one of chefs primary cleavers before literally went from 3 to 2 for a whole run, void fiend I can pop his heal multiple times per 25% cost completely breaking the game balance, my stationary turrets as engineer feel through the map today, and today I also got solider stuck in his slide animation for a whole stage I couldn't jump it got me killed. I'm not saying the devs won't fix these problems my problem lies in people recommending this buggy mess we have no idea when these things will be fixed they don't give us etas and they don't have parity first it's PC who gets the update, then it's playstation, then it's xbox, then it's switch like they were the ones who promised parity for all platforms and they are the ones floundering this game I've been playing for 5 years. It feels like us the player base are the QA and I'm not being paid for every bug report I send to the discord I feel as long time fan I got scammed. Bugged bosses is wandering vagrants orb still being invincible you can't explode it anymore you just have to dodge it until it hits a wall, and Mithrix being invincible I know they fixed but that's still unacceptable I've never seen a game update that makes the final boss you know the thing that let's you beat the game and actually win just completely not work that's unacceptable
@@devinkonquer3334 this is significantly worse in simulacrium. Its genuinely impossible to get through it without some kind of get out of jail card with how many guilded enemies spawn.
The dlcs really need to add void items they were a rly good way to add new items without diluting the item pool, so you dont have like 1 pauls goat hoof when you get to the mithrix fight and die because no speed

uhh im pretty sure its a gilded worm from providence, the stage lore talks about how providence would feed his worms there, you can even find his broken sword
i thought that about scorch wurms? and they either grow into that rly big worm or they grow into magma worms and then if they live long enough they grow into something like that big one

That's fair. Looking at it from the perspective of conditioning Gearbox what to expect in terms of community sentiment; the mixed review is deserved (especially on launch). I guess I was taking the perspective of looking at it as an overall product. Ignoring the bugs on launch, I thought it deserved better than a "mixed." If it were a mod we would all be praising it, but there are expectations of a company with much more resources (and stricter time limits).

also chef is so fun to play and can be good, but compared to everyone else he is so ass, you need to get super close to hit anything and he deals so little damage and has so little proc. i hate to see so many people that want the primary reversed to what it was in ror1, i really like it because it takes time to get good at using the cleavers, also yes chef is ass lmao
the bro that made antlers couldnt play the game for long cause by that point you should know what makes this game unique is that monsters have a lot of health while the player characters do not, not only that, they shouldve picked up their first razor wire and tried to make a build around hellfire tincture
I know plenty of people have mentioned this, but there's still tons of bugs. Since the DLC came out there has been double elite spawns, and somehow they still haven't fixed it. There are plenty of other issues too. m Most of the new items are really bad, they only added two new enemies (I hate the Magma Wurms), False Sons animations feel unpolished, and Chef is just overall bad.
