I hate how Gavin Degraw is underrated. This is some real talent to perform this good live. Better than any singers nowadays. I wish more people knew about him.
Seeing someone like Gavin pour out his heart in his music like this for more than 2 decades, it hurts knowing he doesn’t have someone to share his heart with like he does in his songs.
If you guys ever see a live show his performance will hit you like a fucking train. He has great energy and you can tell he loves singing. Never stops smiling and gets so absorbed into the music you can even see it in his eyes when he gets lost.
Just an amazing voice...... if I was just a bit younger....he wouldn't pass me by....lol I hope he comes to Vancouver...would luv to be at one of his concerts.....just a dream!

I was away at college my first year or so, I'd fall asleep with the TV on, I remember this performance waking me up and I was so glad to have caught it, I was already a bit of a GD fan but I was pretty much sold afterwards. I still wonder if I just happened to wake up or if the opening notes and vocals were so beautiful to me that my subconscious wouldn't allow me to remain asleep. One of those weird moments in my music history, he was actually my first concert, (Chariot tour) I wasn't quite old enough to buy alcohol in the US :| (takes sip) :) great experience either way. I need an analyst I know, sorry to ramble. Good memories

Joe Smith thankfully he decided to stay true to himself. He def should be a chart topper. But had he went that route so young. I think it would have lead him down a path that wasn’t him. But I do hope he reaches top country charts soon. And I’ve watched both of those. I love them. I always come to RUclips and watch live content tho. I miss concerts 😓

I was looking for Smokey's version and saw this. WOW never thought anyone could compete with Smokey, but this version by Gavin is so incredible.
