    Three of these women are in my family. Mary Towne Eastey is my 10th grandmother, her sisters were Rebecca Nurse and Sara Cloyse. Sara was released but Mary and Rebecca were not. My 10th grandfather Isaac Eastey was later paid $60 for the inconvenience by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

    My 11th great grandmother was Mary Bradbury, who in her late 70s was tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang on September 9, 1692. Her sentence was delayed and though history is not fully clear, she somehow escaped jail as well as her impending execution, later dying of natural causes at the age of 85. Her name was eventually cleared while still alive and 11 years after her death in 1711, her heirs were paid 20 pounds, which looks to equal about $4,800 USD today.

    Bit more about Giles Corey. As he refused to enter a plea (which was why he was pressed, to force him to enter one, sorry) his possessions weren't and couldn't by law be taken from his family. He died deliberately so his family could keep what they had. "More weight" kind of has uh, more weight to it. 😅
    Oooops. I just got to that part.

    "As within, so without;
    "As above, so below;
    "As the universe, so the soul.”
    I personally think intent has everything to do with it, at least as far as spells go. If one sets out to intentionally do harm, then it's evil. If one sets out to help someone heal either mentally or physically, then it's good. Of course, this doesn't include giving people poisonous plants or something, even inadvertently. I'm talking about just casting a spell, saying an incantation, giving someone a "good luck charm" or talisman to keep with them, that kind of thing. A heck of a lot of horrific things have been done to a heck of a lot of innocent people, by a heck of a lot of ignorant (and often, just plain cruel) people over the centuries and even into modern times. For the sole reason that these people were/are “different” from the persecutors’ “norm”.
    There is nothing whatsoever wrong with helping/healing people. I myself have a pagan altar in my bedroom. No, I don’t sacrifice virgins on it at the hour of the New Moon, blah, blah. No, I do not worship Satan. My altar holds several different objects that are meaningful to me, and which benefit my personal meditation practices. I am a Crystal Witch. I am not Wiccan. I do not belong to a coven. I am what is called a Solitary Practitioner. I practice my craft alone. My husband carries two tiny protective crystals with him wherever he goes. I gifted them to him because I love him. I don’t force my beliefs onto him, because I also respect his freedom of choice. But he carries those crystals with him because he knows that I gave them to him because I care about him, and that is their “magic”. I don’t know if he believes they protect him (they are to absorb and dispel negative energy from other people/situations), but I believe they do, and that is enough for him. I use card decks in my meditations. No, they are not Tarot cards, but it wouldn’t matter if they were. They are cards with positive affirmations on them, with a corresponding crystal to focus on for that particular day. I carry a pouch of protective crystals with me, too. If people came a’huntin me, I’d be burned or hung or whatever. I have cats and a dog, too. My “familiars” I guess they’d say. I am the descendant of the witches they could not kill. And proud of it.

      Thanks so much for your thoughts. I think we are all descendants of some group that someone else tried to wipe out. I sometimes think of how many ancestors had to dodge the blade just so I could sit here and make videos for you all today.

    11:00 It's quite... "funny" what people came up with back then. Everything was used against you. 28:00 Bro knew there was nothing he could do, he was facing his end like a real man, baddass 🔥. 37:00 how do you even get out of shit like that you can't say anything to defend yourself, those times were really sick 💀. They really grabbed anyone they could find, sometimes I think they just did it for fun or something like that, it must have been some kind of hobby back then, those things happened like every other week 💀. If you had a disability or illness, you were a really easy target... Especially the torture methods, how tf did they come up with those stone torture methods, I've never heard anything like that before. Interesting video, keep it up bro 💯.
