I spent 10 years teaching and leaving those students was one of the hardest choices I ever had to make... Today, I know that it was worth it because I can go back and make an even deeper impact!
I’m so happy to see ayala choir continuing the legacy. I was there to win vocal golden state 1st place for the first time in 2008-09 My grandpa built those trophy cases to pay for mine and my sisters tuition. He passed away last year. I’m so glad they are still standing and that the choir is still living onto its name! ❤️

From elementary up to high school. While those memories no longer haunt me, yet, at 56 years "young," they still remain as cobwebs of infamy in the bowels of my soul. Thank you Davide, for letting these beautiful and amazing students know that they are so precious and valuable to THEMSELVES. Because ultimately, it is us as individuals that have to battle such haunting memories. I wish you had been around when I was going through this. God bless.
