Hi Thanks for your beautiful video. I was wondering aren’t proteasome non membranbounded organelles that are responsible to degrade unfunctional proteins (peptidebonds)?
As a graduate chemist; micro is 10 to the minus 6 and represent by the greek letter mu, nano is 10 to the minus 9 and represented by n. The number of qualified medical staff that made the same mistake really used to annoy me! However I know next to nothing about cells.

Wow you are the best am actually having biochemistry in my next semester few weeks from now. That was splendid. But I was taught that cystol is a fluid not same with cytoplasm. How do you see it
You are correct. The cystol is the jelly substance within the cell and the cytoplasm is the jelly WITH the organelles. Sometimes I mi my words up and I apologize for that.
Hmm. On endosymbiosis, if the cell needs mitochondria to function, how was there a functioning cell to begin with to absorb "some organism" to provide the energy it already needed? How would this "some organism" know that it, the absorbing cell, needed energy to operate? How would it even start to know how to provide and transfer this energy to the just-right places in the cell? That just sounds too convenient to be even considered a rational hypothesis. It sounds more like masterful engineering, lol. Hey, I appreciate your video. It's the first one I've looked at.
