Thanks so much for this! This is exactly the comparison I was looking for. One question I had though is why the colors look so much different on the bullet cam than the turrets. I thought they were pretty identical hardware-wise other than the turret lacking a speaker.

Thank You for your reviews! Have you had an opportunity to check out the Night Color 2.0 Fusion N45DUD2 4MP ePoE Network Turret Camera from Dahua Technology? Sounds interesting using 2 cameras combining IR and Color detail.🙄🤔

@davidjacobs9593 That looks to be the US and updated version of the IPC-HFW5449T1-ASE+D2 (I know it’s a mouthful right !). I did do a review on the original version of this that included 1 x 1/8” and 1 x 2/8” sensor. You can find those videos below. This shows how the dual fusion technology works. Take a look

@@The_Wildcat Wow! I Love your presentation of the facts! The videos do not lie. I am intrigued by the dual sensor technology but it needs some Firmware tweaking to eliminate the artifacts. Light being the missing variable as you have mentioned. All systems for best performance need light to improve the night image presentation. I think that perhaps the 6849T1 Turret may be my camera of choice.
      Thanks again
      Cheers!
      David

I feel like this is a hard to test location. If you have light reflecting off of the wall to the right and the bricks on the left, you will have poor visibility behind the wall on the grassy area.

Thanks for the question. These are available now in 2.8mm, 3.6mm and in standard white housing or a new black turret housing as well
