In case something new gets said (there has been some helpful comments so far which I haven't otherwise been able to find if I hadn't come online). I already spoke with her again this morning same result not willing to entertain any of the suggestions etc. See psych etc. and general discomfort communicating about any of it. So school is not able to think outside the box and be flexible? Yes as it currently stands we'd be changing her school. But before that new school Enrolment Acceptance arrives, I will do whatever's in my power for them to have some empathy in accommodating this request[/color]

No kidding, stretching for 3 hours a day, I can't fit that in with the cardio and the weight training and work + overtime... In my small 24 h day, my stretching takes 30 minutes of my day lol
I saw a documentary on the seals. They said “You don’t become a seal in training, you already are a seal. We just weed the rest out.” This guy proves that.
The one thing David has taught me as a solider is that you have to win the battle within yourself before you can win on any battlefield . that battlefield can be life, financial issues or work issues. You have to dig within yourself - find your weakness’s ; expose them and be real with yourself to fix them . Once you’ve accomplished those things - you are unstoppable .

My son and I met him when he and Marcus Lutrell came to Nashville. This guy is legit and was more interested to talk to my son than me. Which I was 100% OK with!
Not an ounce of “I’m finally getting my recognition” from this guy. Just unbelievable humbleness and discipline. Goggins is the perfect example of what the military means by “send us your boy and we’ll send you back a man”.

My mom bought me his book for Christmas. And she had just seen a interview with him about a week prior. And she said Gary would love this guy. Not knowing I’ve been on the waiting list at the library for weeks to get his book already. And also been listening to him on RUclips for three months. When I opened the book up I was so excited I scared her. Nothing makes a mom more happy then knowing she did something great for her kid. Or that she knows her kid so well. This man runs everyday in the morning without fail, stretches 2-3 hours daily, and workouts 4-5 times a week. Remember that next time you make an excuse not to workout.

Inspiration ! I used to weigh 298 lbs! I’m now at 230 lbs dropped the weight in 6 months and I’m still continuing with this! My goal is to be 180 lbs! I get it in the gym everyday! Starting to incorporate cardio slowly but surely I’ll get there !

I am 29 years old.
I have been lazy and obese since the day I was born, watching my life slip by in a constant state of self hate and depression.
I have always wanted to be a soldier.
Last week I finally got the courage to get of my ass and face myself in the mirror.
I am going to join the French Foreign Legion next year.
I have woken up at 3am every morning to go running, even though I didn't have a clue where to start.
I have changed my diet drastically.
I am now 15 pounds lighter than last week, and I feel better, more focused and more motivated then I ever have.
Watching people like this man. Is what gave me the strength to take the first step.
Failure is no longer an option.

Only one word can describe this man.... HERO.
Goggins = motivation! He is proof that with hard work you can do anything. As many times as I've heard his story, the one thing that always resonates is that he took his situation and made it work for him. The negativity that tried to beat him down motivated him to push harder and do more.
We are witnessing one of those iconic figures in history that 50 years from now people will look back on this man’s life and wonder if he was the real life Superman. David Goggins is probably the most inspirational person of this generation.
