Hi Andrew, as a general rule if you are investing your own money and not OPM then you are correct. I hope you take the time to watch the full video and get a demo of the patented Income Snowball Calculator, so you can understand that the result of using the Income Snowball system to stack these large income payments from OPM is the creation of a self-sustaining monthly "snowball" of cash.
