How much do you have to have invested in the snowball to achieve 5000/month forever?

Everyone is different and depends on your cash flow, what investment you use, the amount and type of LOC and income you're using and how fast you need/want to make it happen. The best way to find out is to request a free demo of the Income Snowball Calculator with your actual numbers. 🙂

Respectfully, returned principal from one’s initial investment is not income.

Hi Andrew, as a general rule if you are investing your own money and not OPM then you are correct. I hope you take the time to watch the full video and get a demo of the patented Income Snowball Calculator, so you can understand that the result of using the Income Snowball system to stack these large income payments from OPM is the creation of a self-sustaining monthly "snowball" of cash. Eventually, you don't have to contribute any of your own money, but the investments produce a large enough monthly cash to cover 100% of your living expenses while the remainder is reinvested and continues to grow. If you can do that, and the government doesn't consider some of it income (as you've suggested) and therefore is not taxable, it doesn't matter what we call the income/monthly cash you are able to live on. We call it financial freedom.

It would be great if you could direct me towards the full video. It doesn’t seem to exist on your channel. Maybe someone else has explained it?

@@ACR4008 Hi Andrew, the above commenter is correct, this is just a short introductory version of this video. The full one can be requested on our website; www.tardus.com/income-snowball
She's also correct in mentioning the use of leverage/other people's money. If you're receiving principal payments on money that wasn't yours to begin with, it is all "returns", and the momentum of reusing the same leverage repeatedly and stacking the investments is where the real power comes in.
