Few notes of Trivia:
They NEVER intended to reveal what, if anything, Slipstream represents of Starscream's psyche. It's part of the joke.
She and the other Seekers went nameless in the show since having a bunch of new named characters would mean Tara and Tom would be paid more as opposed to "nameless" characters. And the show needed to watch the budget.
Tara had Tom read her lines first as Starscream that way she could base her delivery on his own and better match Starscream's mannerisms.
She was gonna show up in Endgame, Part II reviving Starscream after everyone else had left. But it had to be cut for time, so Starscream was left "dead" last we saw him.
I thought the joke was that was his feminine side what with the jokes about him being effeminite (high heels and such) and the fandom misinterpreted it as actually alluding to something

I’m so glad Hasbro made her an original character instead of reusing a legacy name, a practice I wish they had continued in newer shows. Slipstream is definitely one of my favorite fembots from recent years.

So astounding that Slipstream did just like Lockdown and Bulkhead and became a standout from Animated.
Yeah, she is an interesting take on the usual Seeker Decepticon persona.
Slipstream is one of the best Decepticons in all of Transformers and the fact that she's Voiced by Tara Strong makes her even more Awesome.
Slipstream is the best Animated original character besides Lugnut and Lockdown. It was a shame that she was killed by Bludgeon in Cyberverse and I like that Windblade avenged her by knocking Bludgeon into unspace. I did get goosebumps seeing her in Transformers One despite just being a cameo.
It was that very reason why I despised Bludgeon...
Glad to see Slipstream getting more notice. She's one of my favourite female Deceptacons.
The female decepticon seeker deserve to be the right hand seeker under the range of the decepticons in G1.
Fun fact: The seekers are my favorite group in Transformers.

I find it funny how tara strong had tom Kenny read TFA slipstreams lines, since on ben 10s wiki she read the lines for the various aliens ben transtormed into so the VAs could sound like ben.

Yes!! I love her! Starscream's daughter, as it were. One of the best characters from Animated! I hope she gets featured in the new Skybound comics. And I'd like for them to introduce an female seeker squad to rival Elita-1 and her gang.

My hope with characters like Slipstream is the potential for future animated projects. In Cyberverse, she served as an good low-tier antagonist in the absence of the usual major players like Megatron and Starscream. I would love to see a future show where someone like Thundercracker (as described in the comics and toy bios) takes the lead as a squadron leader against a team of Autobots holding out until reinforcements led by 'bigger' characters such as Bumblebee and Optimus appear.
Slipstream is my favorite female Transformer AND my favorite Seeker.
I was was losing it when I saw her in TF One.
Now besides obviously beign a retooled redeco of Legacy Windblade the head is giving me Cyberverse Starscream vibes, she most definetly should in more Tf media. For Halloween it be neat if the Scraplets and Insecticons are in a future video together!

I think I finally found out what part of Starscream that Slipstream came from. His ability to question Megatron when he’s getting ready to destroy him.

In case someone is still asking, the reason Animated Starscream's clones weren't initially named was to avoid paying Tom Kenny extra money to voice them all if they were all separate characters.

RID Slipstream really is an outcast. Bro thinks he's on the Slipteam.
On my fanon, Slipstream and Windblade has a rivalry that started when she murdered multiple of Windblade's friends, brutally beat her up and mocked her, something that ended up taking Windblade's innocence.
The reason why she did it is due to after a TF: Cybertron like plot where the autobots and deceptions ended up discovering Caminus and which eventually lead to a multitude joining both sides including Windblade that had this innocence to her. Windblade had been part of this small air unit alongside a multitude of her camian friends before Slipstream came from nowhere and brutally slaughtered them ingont of her, including her friend Maxima and due to being a lot more inexperienced wity an actual battle, Windblade got curb stomped and hospitalized. Due to never having seen such brutally or cruelty it ended up taking her innocence, making her ser the war in a much more serious matter.
What’s funny to me is that everyone is always asking about what part of Starscream’s personality Slipstream comes from, but nobody ever asks why Starscream decided to make a female version of himself to begin with. I know it’s part of the joke, but I guess Starscream is so enamored with himself that he made his own rule 63 persona

What I want to know is why wasn't Slipstream a playable character in War for Cybertron campaign mode? Heck, her inclusion would have game room for four player co-op.

The thing is, he's got a new toy coming out next year and if I do cover him then his video will be kind of obsolete.
The coolest seeker imo. Her color scheme is so sublime and the fact she's a female Con only makes me love her more💕. I prefer her more as her own character than a clone imo, she's far too cool for that lol. I sure hope more lady cons can get more spotlight too.

I’ve got Legacy Cyberverse Universe Slipstream on pre-order currently. I already have every Cyberverse Deluxe Class figure released by Hasbro, as well as Shadow Striker, Windblade, Chromia, and Tarn. *in General Grievous voice* She’ll be another fine addition to my collection.
But in all seriousness, Cyberverse Slipstream is my favorite. I’ve come to associate the name with the female Seeker, so the Armada and RID 2015 Mini-Cons are exceptions. Animated set the precedent, while Cyberverse really let her spread her wings. 🛫 Once Legacy Slipstream arrives, I’m looking forward to pitting her against Windblade.⚔️

She really got screwed over in both cyberverse an animated. I’m animated she only got 3 appearances, in cyberverse she got killed with no fanfare to raise to stakes.
Seekers are like Transformers' equivalent to the ninjas seen in Mortal Kombat.
And seen how I found out how Slipstream introduce. The first time I've heard of her is seen in Animated.
It’s crazy how Slipstream started out as a Starscream Clone and at some point a male Autobot took on the name of Slipstream.
In my headcanon I differentiate the female Slipstream from the Mini-Con by calling him his Chinese name Slip Flow. Slip Strike is indeed a cool name for him.
Slipstream has indeed earned her rank as Decepticon. She has proven her skills and tactical plans that surpass Starscream. I would love to see a Shattered Glass version of her as a heroic Decepticon.
I personally like cyberverse Slipstream cause of her character.
Also hear me out I know this sounds bad but if she were to return for future TF films/shows I'd like Jessica Straus to voice her again. It certainly has nothing to do with the fact she voices my favorite waifu from street fighter

I haven't experienced any of the media with Slipstream yet except for TF One, but when I'm playing with my Seeker figures, i use G2 colored Ramjet as her. Wish I was good at customizing, because then I'd swap the figure's head with a non-cone one.

I went and saw One yesterday. It was every bit as awesome as B127 thinks _he_ is. Note I said "thinks" he is. He's nowhere near as awesome as the movie.
I actually saw Slipstream sitting with her arms folded in a very brief scene.
I always preferred the aligned version because it really captures a female figure, especially if you use the official alternate configuration to remove Starscream's hunchback. But I could see someone using the Seeker from the Army Builder pack as a G1 version of her.
I don't care what anyone says, I like that they've been adding more gender diversity to the Seekers lately, as well as in general. Heck I'm surprised they haven't made Ratchet a girl yet in reference to the original plan?

She earned her ranks. It sucks that she wasn't in Transformers Animated season 4 The Trial of Megatron part 1 to part 3. Ramjet and Sunstorm were in but got thrown and die by Megatron to power up the Trypticon Prison. Even though Starscream fines her hot from Animated. I hope I get her new toy soon. She is amazing.
