Currently you can pay via Credit Card, bank payment, or offline agreement by working with the sales team. You can read a bit more here: cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/payment-methods . I'll pass along your feedback about Google Pay!

This video has been very exciting until i tried to do the same in my console.
I've found that dataset with name "supply_demand.partitioned_census" isn't open for free usage.

Check out this tutorial for a step by step walkthrough of a very similar dataset: cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/gis-analyst-start . You can get the data used for this demo in the public BigQuery datasets "new_york_taxi_trips" and "census_bureau_usa" and you can read more about Public Datasets here: cloud.google.com/bigquery/public-data/ .
