How could you be mad about this, they are making the game better and directly putting in changes to stop the biggest killer in MMOs power creep. This is going to make the possibilities for new gear weapons bosses and raids without making the old ones obsolete. And it’s going to give Jagex the ability to create new content and new mechanics that we’ve never seen or thought of before. Don’t be stuck in your old ways this is an amazing update and I can’t wait for the future of this game.
Na it’s only a list of like 30 NPC right now. But even then the elemental weekenesses don’t make since for some of them. And they aren’t consistent. But if they fix all that, it should be good
RS3 does get updated. But all of this shit already exists there, every enemy has type-based weaknesses not to mention the depth of abilities. OSRS is over a decade old. It needs to be constantly updated to remain relevant in ways that it still lacks. Diversity is good, this will not harm gameplay in any way but merely increase the amount of things that can be added in the future and the variety of playstyles that PvM can accommodate. If you want a version of Runescape that never changes, host your own private server and hush.

Defense rework is bad. If they want to make water spells super effective on fire giants then sure lol. Not every single noc needs this...
