INVERTER BASED RESOURCE (IBR) SERIES EPISODE 3 I PHASE LOCKED LOOP (PLL) LOSS OF SYNCHRONISM

In this third episode of Inverter Based Resource series, we will learn about the Phase locked Loop (PLL) and Loss of Synchronism Issues. How these challenges results in stability issue for power system. If such issues are not tackled efficiently and with due care can also cause instability of the grid and rapidly develop into large scale blackout.
