I have intel core i5 6300U @ 2.40GHz, 8gb ram, 256GB SSD, Intel HD graphics 520 3.9GB......can i run gta 5 ony pc?
Yes it can but still i will recomend to upgrade ram to 16gb
with 16 ggb ram u would get 30 fps in low settings without lowering resolution, and with high settings u would get 18-20 unplayable. to make high settings playable u need mods like to disable traffic and other. Game can be enjoyable.

But I recommend to add one more stick of 8gb ram then it's toal 16gb ram and more good performance

Ok so i7 4770 is an better option
Because I have i3 7100U cpu laptop with Intel hd 620 which is really bad for gaming
so 4600 Better than 630

altho i downloaded it from firgirl repacks torrent
first i downloaded 52-56 gb installation file and then i used installer which was in that file i downloaded. It took me 3 day 12 hrs beacause my internet was not stable i used my hotspot which was 5g and i was not able to keep it stable that why it took 3days if you have a broadband then it will download in 10hrs depends on speed
