Good Lord they are so good!!!!!! They did Bruce proud with this one. I love the machine gun fire drums. I dare say I prefer it to the original. No disrespect to Bruce, but Rage just gives the song more edge. More weight to the subject matter.
I wonder if anybody there has actually read John Steinbeck’s “The Grapes of Wrath”, about the Joad family. Or even “East of Eden”, or “The Winter of our Discontent.” ? “Of Mice and Men”? They probably just saw the movie. A bunch of millionaires making noise by turning every knob and stepping on every pedal singing about Tom Joad and the Preacher ? That’s some pretty audacious shit. But, like I said, nobody in that crowd has a copy of “The Grapes of Wrath” sticking out of their back pocket anyway, so the shameless irony is wasted.

Well, I'd say that's not very accurate as I read the Grapes of Wrath in High School many, many years ago :)
