Thanks for another well produced and informative video. Your videos always make learning about art and diamond painting an enjoyable experience. I just put my image into Thread-Bare Desinginer. It is amazing. It even estimates the size in centimeters. You don't have to do any calculations. I love how you can even scroll and change the size of your image. I put my image in and it originally had it as being 98 x 125. That is just too big. I sent my image into Royal Diamond Painting and they quickly responded. They are going to send me some layouts to look at in a few days.

Hey! I live in Belgium. I already have a canvas to work on which I got through Diamond Dotz. I didn't know about the customs, how it works, how to select a canvas, a size ... I also didn't know about the websites and Instagram pages where you can find the art.
Thanks for hosting the event, I'm so excited, but will start in June (as May is fully booked :) ).

Thanks so much for sharing the info on selecting an original to work with. The tips on blowing up the image to see if it’s clear enough to use and what to look for as far as blending and colors to watch for was really helpful. I think I’m going to complete my Soul of the Rose canvas I got from Distracted by Diamonds but I’m considering getting a custom too! 😀

I'm in the US, (Ohio). I learned that copyrights expire for art. I had no idea. I also learned that I'm actually interested in this event! It would be my first one.

California, US here! I’ve had many customs made of older artwork (pre-1910), and I’ve never considered cropping a higher res image and using a smaller area instead! I’ll definitely try that in the future.

I live in the U.S. in Illinois. I learned where to go to see if an image would work for a diamond painting and what kind of picture to choose for the best results. I already have two kits that would work for this event, but I'm going to take a look at other kits that are available and also at images and consider getting a custom.

I knew about public domain art, but hadn't considered it for diamond painting before. So glad you are doing this event to bring some love to some amazing artists! I ordered two dps for this, and I'm excited to buy a custom (something I've not done before) of some art I absolutely love!

Hi from Washington State! I've been kicking around the idea of ordering a custom and love these videos that you and Diamond and Washi are putting out about the process. Thanks for the tip about using Thread-bare to give an idea of the resolution/size canvas to purchase. Keep up the great work!
