TATLIJE (fasting) OLD RECIPE WITH ACCURATE MEASURES - taste reminiscent of dates or baklava

  • tatlije is an old cake made of flour, water and oil drizzled with sherbet..the cake is fasting .. walnuts, raisins can be added to tatlije and this is an old recipe for classic tatlije ..
    Ingredients needed:
    cup size is 200 ml ....
    -2 salt oil -400 ml
    -1 salt water-200 ml
    1.5 teaspoons of sugar
    -1 baking powder-10 gr
    5 tablespoons flour
    casserole 30 cm in diameter
