I’m pushing 50 and I have had low self esteem my entire life. Just when a glimmer of hope comes along, something else happens to confirm to me that I am worthless. At this point, I’ve just accepted it. I put on a brave face when I’m in public. I don’t have the money to travel or anyone to travel with, but I would love to go someday. I do appreciate you, though, James. I always smile when I see your videos pop up. 😊
And wherever you are treat everyone else with kindness and respect, as the Bible says Mat. 7:12 "due unto others as you would have them do unto you"

Regarding The Fault in Our Stars, I very strongly recommend you read the book at some point. As good as the film is, the book's even better.

We know you're worthy to get out of bed and go outside. Not only are you worth it, you deserve it and I love you.
A good way to improve your mental health is to follow Jesus. And I don't mean lip service, I mean making the attempt to let the Holy Spirit guide and changes you, read your Bible every day, go to church (if you have a decent one around you), that sort of thing.
