Thank you for touching on virtual addresses. Several mail services like iPostal advertise their mailboxes as "physical/real addresses" that can be used for LLC's, but that isn't the case in all states. My state treats them the same as PO boxes.

Thank you so much.. It was suggested that I use Gmail for Business so I set it up, but I don't understand it and I use Office for all my work. It makes more sense to stay with what I am use to. Microsoft 365 Here I come.

Do you have a nexus in a state just by useing a virtual mailbox there, I have one in a state i do no business in. I am afraid of it creating additional filings, and taxes for no reason, it was set up this way as a service

I have a WIX website and want to know how to attach Office 365 so that I can use it for my emails.
I'm trying to get a LLC and it's asking me for an address. I'm not sure if I need to put mine. However, Inc file doesn't show their address.
Its confusing when finding a business physical address thats excepted by secretary of state for oklahoma i dont need all thefancy thing just a physical business addess not shared no po box i had anytime mail box that claims they give you real street addresses but dont know what that meanand i fired my registered agent for not telling me they were my physical address. With out spending a big monthly amount who does anytime have physical addresses i have called no answer can you help please thank you

I want to switch to a virtual address. When you get a virtual address do you still need to change your address on the secretary of state website?
Yes doll, im doing the same same was told need to update it everywhere secretary of state, ein, seller permit, bank, etcs everything must match up. Please just call them to double check. I'm shopping for the best virtual address I can use for LLC, business credit, business account, etcs
Now I'm confused. I thought a virtual office was what I needed as my businesses official address and a virtual address served a similar purpose as a P.O Box which can't be used when forming your business.

Great information.What proof of address can you with business name and address can you use for duns number, if you use a virtual address? It says we need two, I know EIN can be one.
You can also use your articles of organization or incorporation

So basically I followed your other video where you explain how to get our email. I paid $10 for my domain when I could of gotten it for free.. now i have to pay for hosting and wont be able to use the free domain that’s offered
Make it a personal website/blog. Or make it a variation of your main domain name and point it to the main website.
FYI, I've been on the phone all day with iPhone, and their reps are completely incapable of fixing a simple issue of forwarding my emails to my personal email account. Have no idea why this isn't working. Requested a refund and now cannot use my domain name for 60 days. They also deleted all my emails with regard to my business checking account and Talkroute account when they assured me I would have access to my emails.
hi Cheryl, im wondering if u can help me. i got my virtual business mailing address then got llc registered, then my ein and then my duns #...with all 4 i used a personal e-mail address and i used a free google voice phone number. the company i am starting is a TRUCKING company. i want to get funding soon, will not having a business phone number, business e-mail address and business website UPDATED with my LLC, EIN, DUNS & virtual business mailing address affect this? Do i have to update all 4 of them or just a few of them? i heard from a youtuber that it's fine as long as everything matches...is this true? would love to hear your opinion! i have been soooo stressed lately because i keep getting different answers but i really want to hear the answer from you!

CP how do we get the agents address
I followed the recommendations in the video, but I'm in the process of requesting a refund from iPage as we speak. Once I purchased the domain, I had to contact them because it wouldn't let me set up an email via Microsoft or Gmail. I live chatted with an agent and was told that my domain was set to "park" and that it would take 48 hours for it to propogate. What??? No, ma'am and no sir. #shady
I have all of my ipage email addresses going into my outlook. You may need to check this out- www.ipage.com/help/article/email-client-setup
This will give you detailed instructions on setting it up in an email client (several different kinds). I know you cant with Gmail but Microsoft outlook you surely can- www.ipage.com/help/article/email-client-setup
That’s legit timeframe with most hosting sites
Spent all day on the phone with their techs. They were incapable of doing a simple transfer to my personal gmail account. Now they've locked me out of all of my emails after my request for a refund. They assured me this wouldn't happen.
Unlimited emails are no longer included even after you pay for web hosting 😑. I just signed up on iPage and paid for their web hosting but the Standard option is not under the Email Management tab anymore. Is there another way of doing it? Am I doing something wrong? I am stuck right now. Can you please help me CP?

I got the hosting and then I got unlimited. I just did it today. They send a link to your email to confirm it first then you go back in and have the standard option.
@@MrsFertilityFreak the hosting is like $80 but she said we could get unlimited emails for $20
I may have jumped the gun I set up my email and domain then I learned from Legal Zoom my company name wasn’t available after I spent my money. So now Ipage is telling me my domain name can’t be changed.
Nope. It can't. The only thing you can do now is to let it simply expire and buy a new one and chalk this up to a lesson learned. Been there done that
Yo9u can by a new cheap domain name and change the domain name servers/DNS to direct the name to Ipage. Whoever you buy it from can help you.

Your instructions are not for people that are using iPage for the 1st time. After I paid the $20 and confirmed my email I'm lost. It would be nice if u would pin a resolution since others are having the same issue.
