This is awesome! I took my 2020 supra to Laguna Seca with the incentives that Toyota gives you and lets you track the car! It was such a blast! Up until I blew my motor at the track. TL;DR towed it to the dealership and warranty was declined! Car has been parked at dealer for months now :(

You can do 10s with just a tune
Needs port injection and driver mod. My car stock turbo on 93 ran 11.55 and e50 10.92

@@MisterSkizzels Si el se refiere a Speedy Mufflers tiene mas o menos las mismas modificaciones de este Supra en motor hace 10.5 , con Nitro de 120 si no me equivoco hace los 9 segundos.

Idk but some MK5's with just a catless downpipe and a custom E50 tune runs 10s in 1/4 mile. Is this half or quarter mile?
A tune only Supra can do 10s

Those HKS springs are not on correctly - you have to remove the OEM spring perch.

@@thesure1 I saw that! Gutted Model S Plaid on drag radials. I *just* have a 2022 Long Range Model S with *just* 670 hp.
Where did the 10k for the mods go to? 10k in performance mods will get you better times. Hit up any reputable tuner/shop and they’ll set you up for half doing the same times.

@Toyota USA , are you guys hiring at this Plano, TX location? Because it looks like you could use both an experienced driver and advisor on modifications. While I'm a long time owner/racer of the MKIV generation, this MK5 has so much more potential than displayed here using much less. Ran that exact time 12 years ago at TX2K10 with just an exhaust, fmic, and manual boost controller on my '96TT with original stock turbos with no tune. Let me know. I can stop by after SEMA to chat.

B58 is a good engine but nothing is sweeter than a Billet 2Jz and boost.
B58 > 2JZ
Make it go faster it should be all about speed
Very upsetting how Toyota actively markets tuning and racing this car yet they lock the ECU forcing customers to pay 3 grand+ to acquire a second ECU and having to ship to Russian hackers to have it unlocked.
Not to mention if you take your stock car to a NASA track day that Toyota provides for free with a purchase of one these vehicle and it breaks they will deny you your warranty.

Toyota smoking some good stuff spending 10k. Downpipe and tune gets you in the 10s. Unless they payed the Russians to unlock their ecu for 7k 😂
