You need to visit Minnesota more often Tom. Really enjoyed seeing Brian (Madhorse) bbq back in action. From one Papa to another, enjoy those Grand kids. They grow up quickly. Oh yeah, the ribs and chicken look delicious! Say hello to Brian and the family for me. Cheers.

I don’t get all that black on my hood or tray. Is that from cooking at higher temperatures.

That’s smoke, causes that black after a lot of use.

      That’s correct Eric!

@@EricPetersen2922 yes that’s due to smoke.I was questioning the amount of deposits. I have a Pitts and Spitts and do not get heavy deposits like that. The deposits on tray indicates leaking at the front. The deposit along the top is unusual. Perhaps the wind is always blowing in a direction to make deposits there.

Tom, please stop promoting BBQ Brian. He hasn't posted a video in OVER a year, so he is not involved with RUclips. In the land of grills, just mind your own business with what you do, because your son clearly does not care to post like you do. AGAIN, it's been over a year. Common Tom, just stop. Your 30x LookSee's aren't helping.
