Nice. But how many cups of rice to how many fingers of plantain? Then if we soak the rice for 3 days, wouldn't it have fermented. I think I prefer to soak in the morning then parboil a little b4 blending.
Hallo, the fufu is good... but the only problem is use of plastic to wrap the fufu, plastic bag are cancer causing it best to avoid using it. Also try and use wooden spoon when cooking and not plastic spoon. Before plastic found its way into West African kitchen, people use to wrap swallow with banana leaves. The leave are softened by holding on top of fire after removing the strong fibre, this way the banana leaves become soft and works just like plastic. By using banana leaves you avoid poisoning your food with chemicals leaching from plastic. Thanks for the video
