The problem I always had with that story about the psycho neighbour is that the part where they can’t force her to take her meds. That’s not technically true, if there’s multiple reports that caught her to have trespassed + she’s potentially violent + they’re already aware of her and the issues? Sorry but you would’ve assumed that’s enough of a reason to get a warrant or whatnot detain her if she became a threat and there’s too many eyewitnesses stating those details. That and if the cops knew about her and so forth, there is no reason why it will take a long time to detain her (which is what it sounded like they’re implying).
