- It’s been 9 days since I crossed the finish line of the Centurion South Downs Way 100 and I feel like my legs are ready for a very steady short run. I thought I’d grab the cameras, bring you guys along and tell you all about how my body is feeling after running 100 miles! What I’ve been doing to help the recovery process and what’s coming up on the channel now I’m back running.

Not at all. Obviously we want to keep content coming for our viewers and the crazy RUclips algorithm! What I try to do is get videos ready before the race so we’ve got content for the channel afterwards 👍
