honestly clives combat style fits way to perfectly in 14 compared to other ff protags , i mean we officially have squall and zidanes combat as classes but apart from that clive be most fiiting

This and your Dark Knight mods are genuinely my favorite mods to use with FFXIV. The visual and sound effects you bring in make them feel impactful, but not way, way too flashy like other mods I've seen! This one in specific is the one mod I've found that makes me genuinely enjoy playing Paladin. Great job!!
I hope you open donations at some point because modders like you and Papachin really are making this game a lot more enjoyable :)
This is honestly one of the best mods I've seen. It's not super bright or overloaded with effects. It's hits that sweet spot of being well made but not obnoxious. Well done

my god the hype i felt at the Zantetsuken with Cascade in the background! i'm really really impresssed with all the vfx and model and texture work you've pulled off here, especially the eikons' limbs like Leviathan's head and such!! the stand-ins for the foes and dominants are a really cute touch too

I've been monitoring this one since the first vid, was always hyped about it, but these Phoenix added VFX are just *chef's kiss*. Also love how you remade the environments and went in FF16's chronological order for the skills lol

Honestly the only one of these I'd say is a little lackluster is the Confetir combo replacement if only because it goes from a bunch of giant fuck off swords to a series of generic super speed slashes. That being said the animation work is great overall, you should be proud.

atonement also sometime used with circle of scorn and expiacion, maybe when dawntrail drop there can be a continuation sort of effect on it ?

I think for megaflare there's a way to make the flares to keep dropping with the dot timer but it might look weird on multi targets 😂

looks fantastic and i will be using this, but is there any chance at screenshake toggle options for abilities, like papachin's mods have? there's quite a lot here, and while it's really cool, it gets a little nauseating for me sometimes lol

However, the wings from Goring Blade and Total Eclipse do not show. Unsure if bug on launch?

One question tho - would it be possible in the future to add a toggle that allows turning off selected skills in (Spells, etc.) category?

If I were able to separate those particular skills, I would have. Unfortunately, the game houses many specific "casting animations" from EVERY job into a single filepath. This means that edits to this particular file will conflict with any other mod that uses them. This is only an issue if the animations themselves are being altered, which is what I'm doing. Because of this, I'm unable to provide that function to the skills in that category unless I made a separate action filepath for every possible permutation that someone would want to toggle on/off for each skill in that file, which is a little unreasonable. Someday down the line, I may or may not make a version that uses the vanilla version instead to offer that functionality, but it would lose out on the unique animations

Slight nitpick, but Intervene should've been Clive's Lunge, since that serves as a good representation of a gap closer in FF16. I get the reference, though.
Overall, I really love it.

I swear to god man... I still to this day want a Kingsglaive Job to be able to use the powers of Noctis from XV. This Eikonic job that reflects Clive's power is Amazing too...
Do you plan on updating it for post Dawntrail? I tried using it via Textools and it breaks animations for viper and pictomancer
